La Marina Alta is a region in the province of Alicante, in the autonomous community of Valencia, Spain, with a wide variety of beaches, each with its own personality and characteristics. Some of the most popular beaches in the Marina Alta include:

  • Granadella beach: is a beach of crystal clear waters located in the municipality of Javea, is located in a small bay and is considered one of the best beaches in the region.
  • Cala Blanca: is a beach with turquoise waters and surrounded by cliffs, located in the municipality of Calp.

  • The Portet Beach, one of the most iconic beaches in the area, composed of fine sand and crystal clear waters, make up a perfect beach to practice underwater routes or kayaking routes.
  • On the other hand, we have the beach of l’Ampolla, semi-urban beach surrounded by a pleasant promenade, is a beach with large space occupation and parking land.
  • As for the coves include l’Andragó cove, a shallow rocky cove with great views of Cap D’Or and crystal clear waters perfect for snorkeling, near this cove we have a beach bar and different restaurants to enjoy a good meal.
  • Platgetes one of the coves near the town center composed of rocks and sand with accessible parking and a rest area with tables and wooden benches to enjoy a good lunch outdoors.

Calpe is composed of 13 kilometers of coastline with 14 beaches and coves from which you can choose, all recognizable by the purity of its turquoise waters.
